Ann Eden

My husband and I were looking for an investment property in Hilton Head. We contacted a few Property Management Companies in the Hilton Head area. The realtor's name that was always at the top of their recommended list was Ann Eden. Since my husband and I were out-of-town buyers – we needed someone who was reliable and trustworthy. We found that person in Ann who took the time to understand our needs and was always available day or night. Ann's understanding of the Hilton Head real estate market made our process straightforward and trouble-free. Ann was not only professional, she always put us at ease with her warm and friendly personality. We highl...

Ann has long been highly committed and involved in her profession as a realtor on Hilton Head Island. As such, she is intimately knowledgeable about the market, its properties and values, and she maintains professional relationships with others related to real estate, which gave us access to much more assistance than we thought we would get from a realtor. Ann is also a lovely person and was a joy to work with. She was thoughtful and helpful on a personal level and continued her support for us even well after closing, just doing some kind favors for us that really went beyond her job. She is really a super person to work with and we would absolutely...

We met Ann for the first time while visiting Hilton Head Island in January. Bill and I clicked with her immediately! At that time, we still hadn't made up our minds to relocate from New Jersey. Ann kept in touch with us until we decided to make the "big" move. Ann was there for us 100%. She always had time to answer any questions we had. We knew we were in good hands! Ann is also a sweetheart to work with.

Ann assisted us as a buyer's agent with the purchase of our second home in 1996 and was vital in setting us up with a seller's agent at her firm ten years later, in 2016, when we sold that home. She is currently working again with us on another purchase. She has been a valued asset with local knowledge to the area which is of importance as our first home is 300 miles away.

Ann was very patient with us as we spent over two years looking for the right house. I would highly recommend her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and followed up with us during the search, contract and closing process.

I have worked with Ann on a couple of occasions. I found her to be very intuitive as to what we were looking for and very forthright in her observations. We didn't waste time looking at properties that did not fit our price range or lifestyle. I would highly recommend Ann and will most certainly call on her again if the need arises.

If you are looking for someone who will be there for you from beginning to end of selling your home, Ann Eden is the one for you! Her helpful, professional guidance will quickly get you through the process and take the worry away.
